Camille O'Connor

From a very young age, I dealt with health issues and many illnesses run in my family. 

As I got older, my health issues intensified and this is what led me to nutrition and education.

I didn't want my life to be inhibited by something that was actually in my control.  Through nutrition studies and my own trial and error, I found that when we work with the body, and not against it, incredible things can happen! True health must start from the inside out.

We have to recognize the mental and physical state we have created within ourselves and then work to heal and build. For success, our approach should be balanced, customized, and sustainable for each individual. Thus focusing on Complete Wellness.  I create a system for you to do just that, succeed.

I have always enjoyed physical work, sports and being active.  I went to school for automotive and construction and happily worked in both fields doing physical labor for many years. In my early 20s I was introduced to weight training and instantly knew I had found my passion!

I have always loved a good challenge, proving that being a petite woman, did not mean incapable or weak.

 Little did I know how much I could gain from the actual grind mentally and physically, and how that would ignite me internally and still does today!

I love experiencing how the body was made to move and to see how incredibly capable it is! Anything is possible if you acquire the necessary tools and put in the work.

My approach to health and fitness has changed, as I have aged and gained more education.  Fully comprehending that a healthy balance in life is invaluable.  Since we have 1 body, I want it to run properly and efficiently for as long as possible. (I want that for you too!)

Limitations - physically and mentally are created OR conquered by ME.  

We GET TO CREATE our lives!

We can thrive, not merely survive.

 Here I am 20 years later in my journey, having worked and learned from so many great trainers, coaches, and nutritionists along the way. This has allowed me through the years to support and assist many from differing backgrounds, with varied goals, reach their true health potential. 

Great health CAN be attained when approached as overall Wellness ~
